Nikoloz Bitsadze is a research fellow at the Center for International Policy Research and Forecasting (CIPRF), actively involved in academic, research, and educational activities. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Caucasus International University. In 2017, he was admitted to the Master’s program in Public Administration at the Faculty of Social Sciences of Tbilisi State University, where for one year he focused on research related to the management and disposal of construction waste in Georgia.
In 2018, Nikoloz continued his graduate studies at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University), specializing in International Relations. There, he successfully defended his master’s thesis titled "U.S. Policy in Afghanistan After September 2001," demonstrating his deep interest in post-conflict diplomacy and international security.
In 2023, Nikoloz earned the degree of Candidate of Political Science and Regional Studies at RUDN University. His doctoral research focused on evaluating the effectiveness of gender policy currently implemented in Georgia, reflecting his dedication to contemporary social and political challenges.
Throughout his academic and professional career, Nikoloz Bitsadze has participated in numerous international and local projects. As part of Model United Nations programs, he has repeatedly served in leadership roles, including as head of various departments, where he developed valuable organizational and diplomatic skills.
Currently, Nikoloz is a key member of CIPRF, where he not only contributes to strategic research initiatives but also engages in teaching. He lectures in several areas, including Gender Policy, Introduction to Geopolitics, and Theories of Public Administration. His work reflects a strong commitment to interdisciplinary analysis, policy research, and the advancement of knowledge in both local and international contexts.
