Vladimer Khurtsidze is a qualified researcher in the fields of humanities and social sciences, who has been working at the Center for International Policy Research and Forecasting (CIPRF) since 2020. He possesses a solid academic foundation and interdisciplinary experience, which lend particular depth to his research and analytical work.
He is currently pursuing a PhD in Philosophy at the Faculty of Humanities of Tbilisi State University (since 2024), focusing on the influence of contemporary philosophy on social processes. Previously, from 2021 to 2024, he completed a Master’s program in Philosophy at the same faculty, where he studied critical theory, the philosophy of consciousness, and ethics.
Vladimer earned his bachelor’s degree from the Free University of Tbilisi between 2016 and 2021, majoring in Management and Social Sciences. It was during this time that his professional and academic interest in political philosophy and the analysis of public consciousness began to take shape.
Since 2020, he has been actively involved in the activities of the Center for International Policy Research and Forecasting. He contributes to research projects that examine social and political transformations, the application of critical theory in understanding political processes, and the evaluation of governance strategies.
