Madlen Paposvhili is a seasoned researcher and analyst in the fields of international relations and political science. Since 2020, she has been a co-founder and researcher at the Center for International Policy Research and Forecasting (CIPRF), where she actively engages in the analysis of global and regional political dynamics, international security challenges, and the evolution of diplomatic processes.

Her academic and professional profile is distinguished by a wide range of research interests and a strong theoretical foundation. Her expertise encompasses the history and theory of international relations, diplomacy, comparative politics, foreign policy, political ideologies, critical theories of international relations, global political studies, and the pressing issues of international politics and security. She also focuses on the study of globalization, regional political developments, and the role of international organizations in shaping the global order.

From 2019 to 2024, Madlen earned her PhD in Political Science from Caucasus International University. Her doctoral dissertation focused on the crisis of global political relations and the prospects for its resolution—an area of study that is particularly relevant given today’s complex international environment.

Earlier in her academic journey, from 1992 to 1997, she graduated from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University with a Master's degree in Law.
